First, reach out to us to let us know you're interested. We’ll then get in touch to talk about the job and schedule a consultation. At this meeting, we’ll go over important details like timelines, worker needs, required parts, and when you can expect the project to finish. Afterward, we’ll send you a thorough cost estimate along with a written contract binding both customer and contractor for mutual protection. If you agree to move forward, half of the invoice is due up front as a deposit, with the rest payable once the project is complete.

Service Call: $100.00 (Per initial visit)

Emergency Rate: $395.00 Initial hour

Yes. Sometimes we acknowledge our limitations or, due to time constraints, we hire subcontractors to help complete the work.

Yes. Depending on the needs of the client and the job we do work weekends.

We’ll come by to evaluate the problem as soon as our schedule permits and circumstances allow. If we determine the error is on our part, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

Yes, we carry our own liability insurance and the ACORD Certificate in case it is requested.
